  • When do you open?

2024: The site opens on 1st April 2024 and closes on 13th October 2024.

    2025: The site re-opens on Friday 4th April 2025 - 6th October 2025. Bookings are now open.

  • Do you have a site map available?

  • When can I book?

Bookings are now live for our 2025 season. The office is open from 8am - 7pm for enquiries, but you can book online at anytime.

  • Do you accept dogs?

Yes, dogs are allowed on the campsite and in the Glamping Tents. They are also allowed on the beach 12 months a year. We now have dog walking areas on-site.

  • Can I request a specific pitch?

For our 2024 season, you are now able to book a specific pitch within a booking area for all touring and glamping options. If you don't mind which pitch you are allocated, then you can choose just to have a pitch randomly assigned.

  • What are the arrival and departure times?

Your touring pitch is available from 12noon on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11am on your departure date. Glamping tents are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am.

  • What deposit is required?

The deposit required equates to the minimum stay duration, or the full amount if booking within 21 days. The minimum stay is 4 nights during school holidays and busy periods, 3 days during other bank holidays, and 2 nights over busy times and weekends. The deposit is paid in full at the time of booking and not refundable. Glamping requires a 50% deposit upon booking.

  • Am I entitled to a refund when cancelling?

No, all payments are final and non-refundable (unless the site is closed due to COVID). We can change your booking dates up to 21 days before arrival - to another date in the current season.

If you booking with our new "Three Cliffs Guarantee" rate, then you are able to cancel your booking up until 3 weeks before arrival, less a £9.99 cover charge.

  • Are campfires allowed on site?

No open fires are allowed. BBQs are fine as long as they do not affect the grass, and if they are charcoal based (no wood BBQs allowed).

We also provide you a small fire pit - free of charge. Logs can be pre-ordered or purchased from the farm shop.

  • Are bikes and skateboards allowed on site?

Yes, push bikes and skateboards are allowed on the camping fields, but are not allowed on the tarmac or roads to the reception area or around the toilet block (except for direct access). Children should only use bikes etc on the camping area or dedicated play field. This is a strict requirement and for health and safety reasons.

  • What is standard for every pitch?

    Every pitch included (for free):

    • 16amp electric hook-up
    • Drinking water tap by pitch
    • 6-seater picnic table
    • Fire pit
  • Do all pitches have a sea view?

No, only some pitches have a sea view. Upon booking, you will be given all available view options, and you must book the required pitch type depending on what view you would like (and subject to availability).

  • Do you accept groups?

No, we only accept families and couples. Single guests are also welcome. We do not accept mixed or single sex groups. We have a strict 10pm latest "quiet rule", and all campers are required to keep to this, including keeping talking and noise to an absolute minimum. All music must be turned off after this time. We ask you to respect your fellow campers on site. During the start and end of the season, we might make this time limit earlier to observe the darker evenings in Spring and Autumn. If you are playing music excessively loud during the day, and it is affecting other campers, then we also reserve the right to ask you to turn it off at any point in the day.

  • What is the pitching arrangement?

For tents, we only allow one tent per pitch. If you have two tents, then you must book two pitches. You may park your car on pitch as well. We have pitching guide signs available on all our tent pitches. Gazebos are also permitted, as long as they follow our pitching guide.

For Caravans, MotorHomes or Smaller camper vans in our main site, the van must be placed on the right hand side of the pitch area, with your door facing the left hand side (as you look at the sea view). Any awning then must be attached to the left hand side of the van. Your awning must be attached to the van when on site. If you have a Campervan/MotorHome with a right hand sliding door, then the van must be turned around on the pitch to face the "opposite direction".

  • When are my extras delivered?

If you have pre-ordered a hamper or any other extra, then these will be made available on your arrival date as long as you arrive during reception hours. Late arrivals may not be able to access extras until the following morning. Please check with us regarding your hampers if you are expecting to arrive late.

  • Do you allow generators on site?

No, generators are not allowed on site. We provide electric for every pitch on site.

  • How large are the pitches?

Our caravan/motorhome pitches are 5m wide. Your van and awning must fit on to this space to allow a resonable space between each unit. We require units to be positioned 'side-on', with awnings to the side of your van. Our camping pitches for tents and small VW Campervans are mostly 9m - 10m wide

  • How many pitches do I need to book?

Every tent needs its own pitch. No matter how small your tent is, every tent required its own pitch to be booked. We can only take a specific number of tents, so every tent needs to be pitched on its own tent pitch. Every tent pitch has room for a car as well. If you have two very small tents, you still need to book two individual pitches.

  • What do I need for a tent electric?

Our electric tent pitches require a special camping hookup cable - these are standard connections that most sites use. These can be purchased at the time of booking and made available upon arrival to the site. Please contact us if you require further details.

  • Am I allowed a Gazebo?

Most pitches are allowed to bring a gazebo, but at an additional cost. This is displayed during booking. Your gazebo must be positioned in front of your tent, and we will show you how to position your gazebo on arrival. It cannot be placed to the side of your tent, only in front as appropriate.

  • How does the WiFi work?

The wifi is a free service, and is provided as is. We cannot guarantee the availability or speed of the service, and not all pitches are covered. We make our best effort to cover as much of the site as possible around the shop and toilet facilities, but cannot guarantee availability on any specific pitches. The pitches nearest these points will be the best for signal. The best coverage is around the shop and cafe reception area. At busy times the speed can slow down, and the connection or availability is not guaranteed at any time.

  • Are the pitches accessible by road?

The majority of our pitches are grass pitches, unless you have specifically booked a hard standing pitch. In adverse weather conditions we can assist you to a pitch if required. We do not have hardcore roadways to all pitches on site, and the weather can dictate the accessibility of all pitches. In cases of extreme wet conditions, we may have to assist your unit to the pitch you have reserved.

  • Are the Glamping Tents heated?

Yes! All of our Glamping tents have heaters ready inside. We are also including a free external Fire Pit free of charge for those cooler evenings.

  • Do you accept dogs?

Yes! All our glamping tents accept dogs. They are also allowed on the beach 12 months a year.

  • What are the arrival and departure times for Glamping?

Your tent is available from 4pm on your day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10am on your departure date.

  • How large is the Glamping Tent?

Our Glamping Tents are minimum 5m diameter, and sleep up to 5 people (and are also dog and infant friendly).

  • What about cooking facilities?

Each of our Glamping tents have their own private BBQ and gas stove just outside. All crockery, plates, cutlery and pots/pans are included as well as stove kettle.

  • What is the sleeping arrangement for Glamping Tents?
