We understand that from time to time you may wish to cancel or adjust a booking made with us. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
When making a booking by phone, we will usually take a 50% deposit if your arrival date is at least 6 weeks away. If booking for a date within 6 weeks, then we will take the full amount up front. Any deposit, or full payment made are non-refunable and final.
If you wish to cancel a booking at least 6 weeks before your arrival date, then you are entitiled to select an alternative set of dates within that financial year (year ending 31st March), subject to availability in the cottages. If no suitable dates are available, then there is no refund option. If you rebook a set of dates in a different price range, then you are liable for the difference in tariff. No refunds will be made for dates that are in a lower price tariff than your original booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking within 6 weeks to arrival, then there is no refund for any payment to date, and it is not possible to reschedule your booking. You will loose any deposit or additional payment made to date.
These terms are final, and we will not refund any payment for any circumstance, not limited to bad weather, poor camping conditions, ill health, unforseen circumstance, or any other events outside of our control.
By making a booking, you also agree to paying any outstanding balance at the date agreed upon booking.
All terms in the general terms of sale are also applicable.
Upon arrival, we will take a £250.00 security bond on your debit or credit card to act as a guarantee for the cottage and its contents. General wear and tear is accepted inside the cottage, but any guests or visitors are liable for damage to the cottage, its contents or property of Three Cliffs Bay Cottages. Upon departure, your cottage will be inspected, and subject to it being left in a suitable condition, then this security bond will be refunded within 24 hours. This security bond will also cover any additional cleaning required to the property which is higher than the norm expected for short breaks.
Three Cliffs Bay Cottages are owned and operated by David Beynon, and are independent of Three Cliffs Bay Holiday Park. They appear on this website purely as an advertisment on behalf of the Cottages.
